"The question should be: what don’t we use Dossier for? We don’t know how we could function without it. We certainly would not be able to run as efficiently or effectively. We are now able to track & retrieve information about any company vehicle with ease. We have at our fingertips information regarding mileage, tire & brake readings, EZ pass numbers, cell phone numbers and more for every vehicle in our fleet.
The Daily Reminder screen easily tells us what our priorities should be in terms of preventive maintenance activities, parts ordering, inspections, work orders, etc. We can retrieve vendor information, search for parts, track warranties and more. A huge plus for us has been the ability to track and keep an accurate parts inventory. We were able to integrate the Dossier program onto a tablet PC and using a Bluetooth scanner we are now able to perform a “wireless” inventory from anywhere in our facility.
This has enabled us to finally get a handle on our parts inventory and allows us to order accurately by looking at the parts reorder screen.
In addition, Arsenault Associates has proven to be a great partner in finding ways to improve on their Dossier software by soliciting and acting on feedback from their customers. They really care about what their customers think and want to make the program as user friendly and efficient as possible.
Overall, Dossier has allowed for the simplification of our daily fleet management and maintenance. We do not know what we would do without it!

Within a couple of minutes, I can pull a report on repair order history for the state, how much a unit costs to operate for the school board and even track driver abuse problems for the Director of Transportation.
