"I don’t know how we managed without a program like Dossier in our fleet.  For over seven years now Dossier has assisted us in many ways.  Probably the two most important ways are tracking maintenance and preventative maintenance.  Other important uses of Dossier have been cost per mile (CPM) and the scheduling of repairs to keep the amount of downtime to a minimum.  We utilize the parts inventory to enable us to keep a better handle on where parts go and when to reorder, rather than running out of stock.  We have noticed savings by eliminating the excessive quantities on the shelf."
