Check Out What's New in Dossier Version 5.1
Arsenault Associates is proud to announce the release of Dossier Version 5.1. The focus of this version of Dossier is data presentation and user interface tools to make it easier for you to manage key areas of your fleet maintenance – resulting in maximum productivity and cost savings. All users with a valid Software Maintenance & Support Services (SM&SS) agreement are entitled to this new version of Dossier at no charge.
A Few of the New Features and Key Benefits Include:
See and Manage! – Your Fuel Usage and Costs
The New Dossier Fuel Management System gives you visibility into your fuel spending and identifies problems so you can take action. It includes a Fuel Dashboard showing high level view of your energy costs and trends. Easy-to-use color bar and trend charts and comparison reports are included to quickly identify exception vehicles and drivers.
Understand Your Fleet Needs at a Glance
The Dossier Daily Reminder dashboard has received a makeover and now supports colorful charts and graphs so you can quickly identify and prioritize work to be done.
Have it Your Way with the New Toolbar
The new user-centric Dossier Toolbar allows access to virtually any program function; plus you can change/add icons, and individual users can customize their personal Toolbar.
Easily Manage Dissimilar Assets with Category Specific Specifications
Do you have different classes of assets with different types of specifications? No problem; now you can decide which specs are appropriate for each category, and only show and store what makes sense. This makes Dossier much more flexible and effective for mixed fleets and even generalized asset (non-fleet) management.
Recover More Warranty $$ New warranty configuration options provide additional and timely reminders to file with OEM and parts suppliers to recover those warranty dollars.
Easily Identify Units Performing Outside of Your Expectations, and Units Which Should Be Replaced New reports allow you to easily review your fleet and locate units which are running below (or above) performance thresholds, are approaching usage or service life expectations, or may be ready for replacement.
Automatic Technician Time Entry
Now your Technicians/Mechanics can “clock-in” and “clock-out” on repair order tasks, giving you much better information on actual time spent (manual entry is still supported).
If you have an on-site
This is just a sample of how Dossier v5.1 can help.
