Implementation Consulting Services:
We'll review your business processes and practices, fleet maintenance shop floor work flow and procedures, and parts room management. We'll review and discuss your current operations with you and then provide you with recommendations for the best deployment of your program.
System Design, Planning and Administration:
Good planning results in successful deployment and a quick ROI. Prior to implementation, and prior to training your staff, we will work with you to assist with the issues and design decisions that should be made prior to configuring your program, such as: IT/Networking considerations, management business objectives, system security, program configuration settings and specifications relative to units, parts, personnel, and vendors, system reporting needs, etc. A well planned program implementation will result in quicker adoption by your staff, faster start-up, and allow you to quickly reach your business and operational objectives.
Pre-Deployment Data Entry and Data Conversion Services:
We provide a wide array of services to help you get your program up and running quickly. These services include performing the initial work of entering your equipment, parts, mechanics, and vendor information and then providing you with a pre-loaded, ready-to-run program. Other services include assessing your existing database to see if converting the data into Dossier is financially feasible and from a data integrity point-of-view. If so, we will do the conversion work for you.
End-User Training:
We will train your staff who will use the program on a daily basis in everything from basic data entry to reporting, from introductory level training for new users to advanced training for experienced “power users.” Training can be performed at your location or we provide training seminar classes at our corporate offices. We also offer on-going training services to keep you staff up-to-date with program enhancements to maximize the benefits of your system.
Program and Data Auditing:
Our expert fleet consultants will review your Dossier database and program deployment to determine how well it has been configured and utilized. The audit engagement will deliver a report listing any and all identified issues and will include a list of recommendations.
