Training Maximizes Productivity

Training is the best and most efficient way to increase the return on your investment in your Dossier fleet maintenance management software. With the continued introduction of updates, this will be even more important if you want to take full advantage of the latest features to maximize productivity.

Training is performed by a senior Arsenault Associates expert who has years of knowledge on working with the Dossier software and users.  It is ideal for Fleet Managers, Data Entry Clerks, Parts Room Clerks, Mechanics, Fleet Program Administrators, corporate IT professionals and company executives including VPs of Operations. Arsenault Associates provides three different training options: in-person seminars, on-site training at your facility or on-line training.

1. In-person Seminars
In our seminars, each trainee will work on their own computer and be provided with takeaway materials that include: training manual, self help guide, program user manual and a course completion certificate. Our training seminar classes are performed at our corporate headquarters in Burlington, NJ or at locations around the country on a rotating schedule.

A. Dossier Basic Training Platinum Edition Seminar – (3 Days) This broad based seminar for new Dossier users that focuses on day-to-day data entry for vehicles and equipment, parts, mechanics and vendor data; entering repair orders; ordering and receiving parts; entering meter and fuel data; running and using data reports and other daily routine procedures that will keep your system up-to-date.

B. Manager, Administration & Security Seminar – (2 Day) This seminar helps experienced users get more from their program. Basic data entry items will not be reviewed. This seminar includes discussion about your program, configuring the program’s words and terms, security and network issues, work flows, as well as general system administration and operational management.

This seminar will help you better utilize the program’s features, increase data entry efficiencies of repair orders, ordering and receiving parts, meter and fuel data, and work pending. Further, you will attain more from the data you have through better use of the available reports and learn to streamline other daily routine procedures.

2. On-site Training
Whether you are deploying Dossier for the first time or just want a refresher course, we will be happy to come to your location to train you and your staff. To properly hold a training session at your location, you must provide an adequate training room or facility away from daily interruptions and computer hardware on which to train. We can help arrange these items for you upon your request.

3. On-line Training
On-line training is available on a specific topic or feature basis. This allows you to focus on a specific subject or feature within the program to become more proficient and increase your productivity. This is also a great way to gain understanding on new program updates without having to leave your office.

A. Open General Session – we will review a topic or program feature with several attendees on-line at the same time. Presentations are scheduled on regular intervals during the month and last between ½ - 1 ½ hours depending upon the topic and number of attendees.

B. Custom On-line Training Session – we will cover any single topic, feature or operating issue that you’d like. Presentations are on a prearranged basis. This type of training is not meant to replace the full value or scope of the on-site or seminar training sessions.
