Arsenault Launches 2011 Dossier Calendar Photo Contest

Burlington, N.J. – June 16, 2010 -- Arsenault Associates has begun taking entries for the 2011 Dossier Fleet Maintenance Software calendar photo contest. The annual event is the only contest of its kind in the industry. Arsenault provides industry-leading Dossier fleet maintenance software and solutions.

“Our calendars have been a runaway success. For 2010 we featured 16 Dossier customer fleets on a 16-month calendar and distributed over 6,000 copies. We’re looking forward to even greater participation for 2011,” said Bob Hausler, Arsenault Associates vice-president of marketing and technology.

According to Hausler, the 2010 Dossier calendar featured full color photographs of fleet maintenance subjects -- individual vehicles, fleet portraits and maintenance facilities. Along with a photo (in some cases more than one), each month included a brief description of how that fleet used Dossier to its best advantage. The 2011 Dossier calendar will follow the same format.

The contest is open to all Dossier users in any industry operation such as trucking, construction, bus, government, waste handling, utility and more. Entry forms are being sent to all users by email. They will also be available on the arsenault.com web site, or by calling 800-525-5256.

Specific contest rules and information are provided on the entry form. The deadline for entries is midnight, 30 July 2010.

Hausler said each contestant must submit one (or more) digital photo(s) of their fleet, shop, fuel island or anything of interest to other fleet managers, along with a brief statement about how they use Dossier fleet maintenance software to better control their fleet. Some examples include fuel savings, reduced costs and downtime, lower parts inventories or the like.

“Any explanation of how Dossier and/or Arsenault Associates has helped the fleet will be fine,” said Hausler.

Winners will be selected based on the interest quality of their photo and their user statement.

In addition to being featured in the calendar, each of the 16 winners will receive a special Dossier prize selected exclusively for them. One entry will be chosen by the Dossier user community (at the November Dossier Users Group Summit in Tucson) as the Grand Prize Winner. This winner of the best fleet photo or statement for 2011 will receive a Grand Prize award. All contest participants will receive a Dossier logo gift items.

The contest winners will be announced by September 2010. The 2011 Dossier calendars will be available shortly thereafter.
